Morning all anglers.

P9 coming this weekend. Myself and Chun have been preparing the arsenals for the battle.

Targetting GT, Queenie and hopefully some Kingfish. Generally the rest of the guys will be doing bottom fishing at 90m using 1kg singker??(anyway i was told).

Chun is equipped with 30lb YGK JigMan X4 braid, rod and line unsure...whereas myself is equipped with PE1~3 SpiralWrap(the one i made), same line poundage with Chun and Abu STX to feel the small reel and the power of 24lb(we shall find out)

On jigs, will be using 60g~80g lure...mostly and better if can drop to 35g or 40g. In the depth of 30m estimated.

Let's see how the battle goes....

DD's 1st fish?


My 1st and only fish... kakakaka... mulut also pecah... after that all frenzy... kena my jig jig few times also never hookup...but do 100% jig jig tangan also wan to patah liao...

Go back time... also quite late... cos frenzy only come in evening... all dun wan to ciao.. reach jetty also almost 8pm liao..

Chun have said it all...overall good trip with good food and good fishing.

Myself only got 1 shot...LOL... no time for the posing when the queenie frenzy...heheh

Was full time on jig and popping(5% only)...

Lost 2 jig, one was sangkut on coral bed, and the other putus when the fish hammer the jig and run. Maybe the tail whip on the line thus putus.

Total spent currently is RM100(Boat) + RM33(room)
The food was relatively cheap...less than RM50 for all the dinners...
The toll and petrol was not calculated yet, cos we tag with the organizer's car.
