yup i did extract.. actually what is the size of the file? the total file size i got is 608mb?
how if i regretted and dun wan flash d, can i take out battery and restart the phone?

Do not take out the battery or do anything stupid during the flashing process, you might end up bricking your phone.

Check your Task Manager, is there any Kies related process running?
You use the .tar file right?

Use task manager check if Kies is working. Kies is not good friend with odin.

Hmm..flash ICS using Mobile Odin and everything went smoothly without losing root or data. Done within 10 minutes. Time for testing. Certain app not supported by ICS anymore ~~duhh~~
