for me, it can be used as daily driver. scrolling is better than the leak version. gonna use it for a few days to monitor the battery life.

QUOTE(antt00 @ Mar 14 2012, 07:31 AM) Yeah diodict dun work with ICS. It fail on me when i try the leak ICS. Thats why i went back to GB... May wait a little longer before moving to ICS. With korean SGS2 just getting their ICS, hopefully the company will make their dict ICS compatible soon. diodict is working fine for me Added on March 14, 2012, 7:35 am Not that i know of. But if you use custom rom like checkrom and turkbey they got swipe notification where you can swipe individual notification away. |

QUOTE(fabianz03 @ Mar 14 2012, 12:28 PM) Sup guys, long time no see. ics is using the new style of scrolling. the inertia has been reduced. i you ever tried the leaked ics, it's even worst Just flashed ICS 4.0.3 XXLPQ last night. What I can say about this firmware is it is extremely hideous. The scrolling is terrible, touch responsiveness is awful. UI transitions isn't as smooth as in Gingerbread and the UI (TW) hasn't changed much so you can't really tell it's ICS until you head to the settings. The Face Unlock is working fine though. Tested for like 7 hours, no crash whatsoever, just the UI is bothering me. Oh and some say restart(s) will fix the touch responsiveness issue, tried, doesn't improve. QUOTE(waveweaver @ Mar 14 2012, 12:31 PM) Does your battery icon goes blinking when it charging. Mine didn't blinking while charging, just charge quietly like a retarded kid. Lucky got charging sign (sort of lightning). ~~LOL~~ only got charging sign |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ Mar 14 2012, 01:17 PM) Yup..mine fine except unblinking battery icon. But still hate ICS... :::Jelly Bean..FTW.!!::: faster sell it before the price decrease ~~gulpp~~ Brand new AP set for GNex now is only RM1499 HOW TO SELL MINE LIKE THIS..!!?? btw, i hate limitation created by samsung. it disables secure storage whenever a kernel not signed by samsung is used. every time i install certain apps from the store, i need to unmount sd and remount it back. |
