I just followed the speed limits and maximised the use of the EV mode. flex.gif Also letting go of the pedal when I expected a stop later on and not braking too hard/suddenly to maximise the charge.

It's also quite a flat route with very few stops. blush.gif

Jazz is fun! rclxm9.gif

reverse no power? is it due to cvt or eco on?
*
My house is in a low steep slope. So I need to reverse out up to get to the road. The saga cvt in reverse works well. The jazz hybrid takes time to go up. I did not face the problem when I had the Petrol Jazz. Even with eco off still lags. So what I do now is I reverse park.

Oh btw, the saga cvt consumes alot of petrol. Not like they advertise.

How come you guys can get so many mileage after pumping full tank, while mine only can get 620km++ only? Is it have to wait break in period?

620km is considered good and average total mileage/tank dy, u really need some skills to achieve 3.7l/100km, and subjected to the traffic also..

half of the mileage were on highway with econ mode on. The rest drive like ah pek in city. Can't bother to let the pedal work stay at green light all the time, feel too slow on the KL street tongue.gif

Hi All,

my experience back to Terengganu during Hari Raya.

1. Tried to drive less than 120kmh - manage to do it half way on LPT but getting dizzier. so i pecut and put on cruise control at 160kmh. yeah the FC gone straight to the drain. from 5++/100km to almost 7/100km

2. its been a month i still cannot get beyond 600km per full tank. please share how to do it. sigh

3. town driving - house in penchala to office dayabumi not far but always in a jam. so the FC there lingers around 7l/100km. still makes me wonder how u guys can get below 6,5,or even 4l/100km.

4. when slowing down there is a slight rattling sound on the engine bay, normal?

5. well it is very good journey to trengganu and back.

6. looking for a mugen RS bodykit the one got 3 led lights each side on the front bumper. one ad in mudah quote me RM3.3k inclusive everthing but in Seremban. anywhere in KL offers the same bodykit with cheaper price? or is it the bodykit is still new and should wait for a while till the price go down. please advise.

I share my experience since I got my ride last 2 weeks

1) So far tried go down to kl (I'm from pahang), cruising at 90km/h ( scare kena saman during raya period), drove at KL area without heavy traffic jam (cos Raya all balik kampung alr). All the way drive like ah pek, manage to get 5.1L/100km

2) So far just finish a tank, manage to get 630km per tank

3) Drive back to my hometown in Pahang, alot traffic light and ppl in small town drive like tortoise, still manage to get 5.9L/100km(all the way light foot)

4) No rattling sound on engine bay bro, but got rattling sound when wind up front passenger window. Wanna send and ask tinted guy see whether is tint film cause the sound

5) Good journey back to KL - Pahang too biggrin.gif

6) Consider cheap cos someone PJ quote me RM4.5k +installation+ paint+ 3 years warranty claimed that original from Mugen Japan, from LYN seller too.

Extra question hope all taikor here can help :

1) where I can install nice door visor in KL + price
2) anyone install additional rear fog light on left side? If any pls stated where and how much
3) Any recommended bodykit shop in KL? thought of add lips on my ride. Or maybe change mugen bodykit.

Hi Acid Head,

will try to drive more reasonable without being cursed by other drivers tongue.gif, anyways the rattlind sound happened when slowing down...really going slow, almost when the gear is freeing. well i guess i need to check it up.

as of today driving experience, my FC still at 7.2l/100km, good God i really dont have the light foot like u guys.

got one ad in Motortrader, quote me RM3.5k for the Mugen RS bodykit inclusive of paintings and installations but not sure with the warranty. shop in sunway.

anyone already installed with the Mugen RS bodykit? please share the pics.

I will sure need to train myself to get the best out of the jazz hybrid.

amadaya...

I would suggest you try using www.fuelly.com to calculate your FC.
and compare to the same type of car..
Maybe something is not right on the reading...

by the way, did you change rim?

I installed Mugen kit, you want Mugen or Mugen RS??
I got my door visor too..

Use the fuelly program to calculate ...
I got 5.0l/100km on display but 5.4l/100km on fuelly..
I felt fuelly program more correct...
