I manage to go into Tiara east over the weekend after paid a visit to Tropicana Height Kajang.

The security guard allows owner to go in after jotting down their details. Most of the houses is lock and key collection should be ready by end of march.

TNB meters had been fitted for most of the houses. Only the water meter had yet to be installed.

There are cctv pole around the whole perimeter fencing of the housing project. CCTVs yet to be installed.

It is true the fencing seems too short (abt 7 ft i guess...need measurement). it is galvanised steel, so rust shouldn't be an issue. Just hope developer will build higher if they are not going to change to brick walls. Maybe 10 footer fencing will just be nice.

Some slight note....to extend the gate pillars or try to fit 20 ft gate, you may need to pay more as the tnb meter and water meter is on the pillars. There is auto gate point connection though.

The lake is still less than half filled. No thanks to the dry spell. The bridge across the lake have yet to be built.

Those houses facing the back fencing, the rear path, don't think a car can pass thru..... a smart for two car may go thru wink.gif More of cycling path or walking path.

Will update more if i get a chance to get into the houses as most of it is locked.

inside the house gate can fit 2 cars inside or only 1car?what i mean car size like camry/accord/etc

I think 2 camry should be no problem (a bit tight though. Need to try), even the outside gate can park another b or c segment.

Usually every month i'll get a letter from the developer on the progress of the project. But the last 2 months i never receive anything from them. Just wondering, which stage is the project is at now? I'm really excited and cant wait to get the house keys..

Not surprising. Can't be letting any tom d*** and harry in till vp is out. This is to prevent untowards incidents of missing stuffs from the completed house.

Kudos to the security though.

Just have to be patient and wait for the CCC to be out by this month.

Just curious, if we need to prepare $$$ to pay to management/developer the maintenance fee etc ... in order to get the key ? 1st time buyer hmm.gif icon_question.gif

You may need to prepare, water deposit, tnb deposit, maintenance fees deposit + sinking funds ( can range from 2 mths to 6 mths), access card deposit and any late penalty fees (usually the case where the developer send out progressive billings and the cheque received by developer from the bank overdue, buyer have to pay the penalty fees). The progressive billing payment penalty can always be disputed and most of the time, buyers just pay due to eagerness to collect key or the developer don't give a shit and insist on you paying it up. I have been thru a few times on this progressive billing penalty and seriously, buyer is always at fault due to other people fault (bankers & developers).
