For the person asking if it was cheaper in the UK. THat's an Amazon preorder I made. The digital prepurchase is just pure extortion.

Just checked the price at Amazon UK the price is 32.97 pound= RM161. Thats a really cheap price but sadly there is no digital pre purchase only physical copy of the dvd.

ya, sad thing about it is if we (in Malaysia) PO from Amazon it will include tax/shipping.

i mean, if you declare it as a gift, when you ship it back thru custom, the chance of them taxing a gift is lower. thats what my US bulk-buyer said to me. personally, i dont know the procedure. i was just beind told so.

so if my account is in Malaysia, mean my RMAH is bound to SEA? Or SEA is same with US one? Cos it says SEA is bound to US server.

We will be bound to US for D3 only since Blizz already stated it. But our default region is SEA.

Not sure if there is going to be a RMAH for SEA region. Most likely not. As there will be too many currency to deal with.
Unlike the EU they have a standard currency for all. I think SEA region will only have the GAH.
