Is there such things as Digital Version of Diablo 3? I mean you can buy diablo 3 from blizzard store and download online

Where do you guys preorder diablo 3 from? Any site that offer cheaper than blizzard store which is SGD90? SGD90 is about $70+ which is abit pricey..

Just a quick question here. If i buy diablo 3 from blizzard store, it will come with cd keys too right? If i asked my friend at US to buy the diablo 3 and give me the cd keys can i still redeem it when the game released on may 15th? My bnet account is under SEA anyway
