Dangit, Blizz Account site down for maintenance so can't confirm.
But chances are if there's RMAH for SEA it'll use the "major currency" (I previously remember seeing AUD and SGD) on the load balance in Blizz Account page.

certain countries will be locked out from the auction house , but those countries able to connect to US server should be able to use the GAH/RMAH

SEA players were moved to the US server by default, so we can play with Americans :}

Maybe we can access their RMAH as well we will see.

But the positive thing about this is, SEA players will have access to a bigger playerbase.

And those of us who were going to play on US server, now need not have to worry about not being able to access ANY RMAH at all :} seeing as this is now the default server for SEA anyway.

so I am thinking about getting the wow annual pass in order to get the free D3 digital copy.

However, I am still waiting for my ticket to be answered. *keeping my fingers XXX*

Yeah no need to worry.

What I am saying is that we are defaulted to US Region.

So by default we will be able to use the RMAH+GAH on the US servers.

However since D3 is global. We also have a choice to play on other servers. Meaning we can make toons on EU servers or TW servers. But we only have access to the GAH for those region.

Seeing as we are defaulted to the US servers, the SEA servers may just have the GAH. As all SEA players already have access to the US RMAH.
