No, it gets tied to the Bnet account that made the purchase from. (Digital copy)
Only way to get a CD Key from digital copy is if you overwrite the Digital with a CE version, then you'll have to call Blizz to get a replacement key.

Unless your friend passes you the whole BNet acc altogether.

A) You have option to put the game as private and only invite ppl u know into the game (at any time you or someone else is in the game).
B) You put game as public and EVERYONE can join if they're searching for the same act/quest you start the game.

(A) & (B) can include starting a new game with a group of your friend(s) or just yourself

EDIT:
A game can have 1-4 players and can be changed anytime.

Example PUBLIC game:
If max 4 player in game alrd,
1 Player leave = 1 more player can join if they were searching or you invite.
It cannot be more than 4 player in a game (don't say PVP 3v3 = 6 players or more ya pls )

EDIT2:
I believe if you got the person in your friend list, you can see him playing and request to join his/her game as well.

Should be can (can beta players confirm Trade or just dropping on floor works?), if both players are playing the same type of game.
Game as in Hardcore (HC) or Softcore (SC).

HC can't pass to SC and vice versa.

Certain quest item may not be traded tho.

None of the above.
No armor (and weapon) unless you mean the decorative wings or dye.

SEA players will play on US servers by default.
No news to date to confirm 100% if there's Asia server or not.
Even if there are Asia servers, high chances are those will still be hosted in US.
So no difference there.

If you manage to get a CE in future (and subject to change FUTURE ma! ), the current way is to add the CE's CD key into your existing Bnet account that you are using for the Standard edition.

Then, call Blizzard helpline and tell them u upgrade ur SE to CE.
They will give u a new SE CD Key then.

The CE upgrade then call Blizz is confirmed by Bashiok (Community Manager) previously.

(Bashiok said something like the above also but we never know unless it is tried & confirmed!)


I'm gonna state the obvious as well:
No one has tested the part I quote above yet coz the game isn't released
