This is only an estimate unless you are playing the beta now (the beta server "should be" in same location as the live US server)
You can try to use http://www.speedtest.net/ to test your connection to a US server to "guess" how your connection will be.
Lag spike is when you're playing OK but then suddenly no response/lag for some time.

Your PC meets the minimum requirement but falls just short of the Recommended spec.
Chances are you can play on low/med without graphic lag.

Can try aim for High but if 4 player spam spells your PC graphics might lag smile.gif


EDIT: If you are playing on ASIA or EUROPE server, I don't know if "Asia/Europe server" is actually in Asia/Europe itself.
Coz Blizz "Asia server" can be in US also (correct me if I'm wrong guys! notworthy.gif )

But on the matter of ladder, there's no ladder (to show ranks yet, to date and it's unlikely there will be one like D2)

Ya, previously ladder was feasible coz got 99 lvls and only few can reach.
Now lv lowered to 60 and Blizz expects majority (if not all biggrin.gif) to reach 60.

I also am a fan of the ladder also but now focus on AH instead I guess biggrin.gif rclxm9.gif

That's very subjective wor.... depends on how die-hard of a fan and how much u like the items that come with the CE smile.gif
Also take into consideration chances of it arriving only after a week or so after the launch day (big no-no for myself)
but can also consider keep the SE and buy CE, upgrade & then sell off the SE later.

I've also called customer support and asked about this specific thing, made all the steps i was going to follow very clear to the agent and his response was positive. Once you upgrade the CE on top of your digital, call customer support and they will generate a new key for you to have.

if bro is playing SP, it may not be that bad (if you can get online).
Word is the coding is quite good and it only verifies with server to confirm data only.

But if bro plays multiplayer then possibly will lag.

You put items up in the AH with minimum and/or with buyout price.
Ppl bid and at end of time highest bidder wins item.

Either that or they buyout the item straight.
