Is the red LED light or T5 gold suitable ?

there is a Kinston Arowana tank i saw few days ago. It comes full set with lighting + sump tank + cabinet + cover.and also there is a small digital monitor to show the temperature n date  the sump tank is made from plastic containers with partition n the size is about 1ft only.

the aquarium size is around 3.3'x1.5'x2.4' . i tot arowana need at least 4'x2'?

the price is around 1.6k.

now thinkin is this worth it or i shud go buy a custom 3'x2'x2' and add in a 2' sump tank?
