How is the 2T provided to the engine? Premix or standard 2T tank? If premix, what ratio? If recipe secret you cannot tell also nevermind, agak agak within what range? biggrin.gif
How often is engine inspection/rebuild? What does the side of the piston look like, area below the piston rings?
*
Standard 2t tank for all the bike. Engine inspection for my MSS Kawa Cup bike back then, every 10K mileage, rebuild, none (well at least none before I start modifying the bike). Area below the piston ring are clean with no scratch or burn or anything. Engine inspection/rebuild for current bike, none, just regular service.

@shyan: google up "ZSR Cyclone". This will answer your question. Need exhaust and CDI to reach that HP.

Good Reed Valves is more expensive than the PDK block itself. RM600-RM700.

Take your bike to the mechanics. They know how to adjust it back. Either is cable problem or timing problem. Ask them check your Air filter too. If dirty ask them blow the dirt out.

this concept is good for fuel injection only
cause fi got temperature sensor but bike dont have so bad combustion will make bike unstable one
for carb still better idle a while let the bike warm a bit but i think lc got temperature sensor?

Why must warm up engine? The answer is simple. When you park your vehicle overnight. Base on the law of gravity, the EO all drop to the bottom of the engine only left very thin layer of oil film at the pistons and all the engine parts. As the day you want go to work. You want start your engine again. This process is where all your engine wear and tear the most. So Remember don't pull the throttle hard when the engine is just awake from the cold start sleep. Let it warm up a little, the oil need some time to warm up and go up again to every moving part of the engine. This method is to reduce wear and tear. And carburetor vehicles is necessary to perform the warming up sections, because carburetor need to get up to certain temperature for it to operate smoothly. Injections vehicles is different they operate more smoothly at cold start environment because they got sensors which can automatically tune the amount of fuel need to be feed to the engines. But doesn't mean u no need to warm them up. All vehicle have to warm up to "Reduce wear and Tear". Hope this help. Tak perlu panas lama lama. Just 2 or 3 min is enough. They talk cock only. Is no good for the environment i agree. But just awhile only wont pollute the environment as much as the LYNAS do..

Agree both of u and article saids...well..warm up actually 1 minit-2 minit ok already...more than that = useless and harmful to engine....

Added on April 19, 2012, 1:03 amBut the best solution is don't rem in first 1km-5km...don't give too much force to ur engine to ensure u had good engine.
