this current package if ownstay is very good, if invest then need to wait the suitable time to come.

by the way, 1334sqft left 1-4th floor and top 2 floor only, really quite some bookings. that day my client shortlisted 2 units and in just 3 hours time, another unit was booked by another buyer, so he fast fast action to locked his another shortlisted unit.

Type B1 is 1313sqft, the view looks like it's unit 3A in Tower A that near to the facilities floor. It is facing East and can see KLCC, KL Tower, PNB118, Kinrara, Pavilion 2 side. I think I didn't guess wrong, hahaha.

Based on IOI standard,
SPA signing need to take places within 21 days from booking date
Loan disbursement is 90 days from booking date

Therefore, within 3 months+ from the day u decide to book your unit, then you can get your key and to prepare reno to move in. Fast right?
same goes to other projects eg. those landed in 16 sierra too

ya, getting lesser units now, most of 1173sqft and 1334sqft in Tower A was booked, see how is the status again end of this month, as some booked last month without viewing and exceeded the 21 days signing period.

Different Block main lobby at different floors, eg. Tower A at level B4, Tower B at level B2, Tower C&D at G flr, Tower E at P1. It's consider at the middle of parking lot. I define main lobby as it normally is where the mailbox located, visitors arrived and guard around, with aircon and sofa; others level of parking actually looks similar just without the aforementioned items.

after checking thru my availability list,

Tower A left some limited 1313sqft
Tower B has most of the types of units available, it's a tower of 1356sqft and 1410sqft, but if 1356sqft facing inside then can say sold out.
Tower C if facing inside fully sold (unless u don't mind the unit right above sky deck), if facing outside then still got a few 1173 and 1561sqft available.
Tower D, if 1658sqft and if 1356sqft facing outside still got a few units, 1356sqft facing inside considered sold out
Tower E, in and out also sold out, unless u don't mind on level 1

Because dev may adjust package every half a month, eg. on 1st or 16th of the month, so it might be different based on the timing u asked. so, it always better get the latest update package info when u are ready for viewing or purchase.

nowadays can say left Tower B 1356sf and 1410sf only, unless u looking for the biggest 1658sqft. Tower A&E can say boliao, Tower C left 1561sf which below level 7 only.

What I can say is if u planning for ownstay and manage to hold the property more than 10 years, then u can received the best benefits from IOIFinance package.

if me as agent, many times I went, but macam no smell lah, but Tower E macam no more unit for 1561sf, unless 1st floor and it's view shud be not the indah water view.

I think u mean Tower C unit 1 or unit 3A is it? Noisy wise as it's highway and train side got a bit sounds, but if u close the door then minimal sounds. Or like my buyer said, once u stay here, u will used to it, not really realized already. hahaha.

but good news is as of now, MOT and Loan stamp duty still got free, so buyers can really save a lump sum of cash for stamp duties. As 80% developers no more free it after HOC end.

depends which tower, if Tower ACE actually higher occupancy

IOIFinance is 10 years locking scheme, you can sell above current market value, but cannot sell below current market value. So some investor will think thrice before buying, but good for previous owner so ppls can't throw price in these 10 years and can maintain a better value for the project in coming 10 years and it restrict investor into the project is also good, so more peaceful for people who looking for environment that suitable for ownstay. Right?

Finally saw Sean reviewing Sky condo, been waiting for it long time. He reviewing a 1658sqft layout in the video in Tower D (shud be unit 5, as can see both KL skyline and facilities view), which i think his company Makeover Guys reno.
