the progress seems very fast le... the lastime went to their event at IOI Mall was 1 and a half years ago. now already reached 20 storeys++??

progress billing is at around 50% now, still got another 2 years to go. they've already started construction of block A and B before even launching it for sale  progress pic i took a few weeks back (pls pardon the potato quality). Attached thumbnail(s)

Usually they completed at least the foundation then only start signing SPA, and so no worries about meeting SPA dateline. |
