progress billing is at around 50% now, still got another 2 years to go. they've already started construction of block A and B before even launching it for sale blink.gif

Not sure abt that though...but my house is facing this project...so every day I get to see it...was actually surprised the building already at 50% sleep.gif

Nah, it's IOI's style to start early for their condo projects.

Usually they completed at least the foundation then only start signing SPA, and so no worries about meeting SPA dateline.

That's bad! I notice ioi like to put d words "selected tiles" in d brochures, so buyers can't argue if they give cheap ceramic tiles as it is "selected" by them!

Skyz facade is almost up, can see it is much spectacular than Skypod. Not sure the quality or materials used, lets see upon VP but Skypod, really bad and not stunning at all.

Passing by LDP, these buildings are so prominent. Surely no other nearby future building (if there is) will block them.
