Hi all , we are buyers for parc ville block A. We need help to locate buyers for block A ... We are grouping up for some issue with ioi developer. Please let us know if you know anyone that owns a Block A unit...urgently or notify them that we're looking for them... Please help tq

hi,
we bought park villa as early bird Block A . obtained 5% off for the price with no freebie.
after 3 yrs of servicing loan , ioi decided to devalued our price by launching the whole Block B with approx 85k -100k cheaper with same sqft and layout.imagine ! Finally after 2 yrs of vp and prep , our legal action towards dynamic @ ioi properties is fixed. our court case mention date is 17th - 18th january 2019 in shah alam court. we are not so comfortable with ioi anymore . thanks

We agreed and it’s normal to have more discount on unsold or left over units. Our development not left over units. Same development just different block.

As we are trying to share our experience with everyone, we would like to remind again the buyers to be careful even with top developer. Ethically very wrong. If they really wanted to stay alive in this industry, they need to change . News travel fast

And for those who is interested in any of their projects, please wait till their roadshow coming in mid year. You will definitely get more discount for your purchase. Don’t waste your hard earned money
