Last time, I did pay a visit to the nearest branch to get my MBB2 AMEX/Visa linked to M2U. It wasn't automatically linked even though I have other MBB CC with M2U.
On top of that, I did call to CS to ask if the linking procedures can be performed from phone. The CS said that it's not possible and requested to pay a visit to the nearest branch with my ATM card as well. |

Last time my MBB Visa Petronas was nearly split into two halves and requested for a replacement. It's FOC and it's not my fault. At Petronas self kiosk, the whole CC is reading inserted into the machine. It has tendency of being bent.
