For the certificate of non legal representation and the letter stating that we will not engage separate legal representation, it is compulsory for all buyers to sign. Do we have a choice not to sign? What will happen if we do not sign these two documents?

I supposed it should be same as the show unit. Overall is good maybe the ceiling looks low is because of the beams (got a big fat beam after the entrance) as in the rooms feels ok. Actually I write here is to tell everyone that it is overall ok. Don't worry too much lo.

1) Maintenance fees including sinking fund is confirmed at RM 0.20 psf, instead of the previous RM 0.22 psf

2) Still working on access card for lifts to access own level only

3) Still have 20++ serviced apartment units available for Block A and Block B

4) Start opened for registration for Studio which is going to have 2 types, i.e. Fully Furnished or not fully furnished, tentatively RM 200k++

5) OXXC is back with some quota; AlliXXce is now DIBS

If I remember correctly, yesterday afternoon still have 933sf, 1204sf, 1308sf, 1356sf, price now has increased about RM 30k from 1st day launching price. I saw some people placed booking today too.

They didnt ask me apply credit card to fight better rate. But hor, they just call & inform "Mr. XXXX ah, we already approve a credit card for you, and it has already courier out to you"

Bank told me if you use a minimum of RM50 (can't remember if yearly or monthly), then the fee can be waived (they will still be charging you, then you will need to call and it will be deducted on the next bill). My current credit card also like that.

got an offer for 380k for a top floor 881sq unit. facing pool. i think unit was buyer got rejected by loan.

any comments by all the props sifus here about this zeva apartments? As area looks quite promising with quite a few developments coming up soon. many thanks
