Sometimes we need to expect the unecpected. Thats the disadvantage of buying next to empty lot. We never know what developer will put up there.

Agree. With group, you can screen and vet the members. If its for owners or buyers only, then we canrestrict the membership.

If I remember correctly, yesterday afternoon still have 933sf, 1204sf, 1308sf, 1356sf, price now has increased about RM 30k from 1st day launching price. I saw some people placed booking today too. smile.gif
