You will receive monthly statement from bank. Just follow ip with developer if they are late in payment. Any charge on late payment should be borne by them. Its important to monitor yr statement

anyone receive letter asking for the next progress payment yet? I have receive a letter asking to get ready payment but not yet asking for payment
