Ya, tats the problem...i think aliance is the panel but not RHB...and since these 2 not giving DIBS, not much option now. Even OCBC not panel for block A... mad.gif
*
RHB is a panel but without DIBS.

After waiting for so long, I think my HLB is the way to go.

Something not relevant here.
3Es serviced apt open for booking. From 300K, Low DP, Early Bird Disc, 2 carparks, 3A/C, Free kitchen cabinet+hood&hob, DIBS. Just received their SMS. Looks like a pricing war going on.

Loan document I am not sure but SPA side, carparks are included as a complimentary document and main SPA only for the unit. I am not nor even pretend to be a property investor, your enlightenment on the funny clauses would be highly appreciated and everyone can all benefits from it.

Parking lots means that I will only have 1 instead of 2 lots??
And still need to pay 35k for it??
*
My guess is 2 lots as both are in the entitlement package. Suggest you check with the developer. Did any bank verbally informed you about the approval?

I heard HLB gives verbal approval very fast but takes ages to come out with the LO.  Luckily I got OCBC.

Yup, you're right. Since you're a lawyer, may I know if I can ask you something? There is a forumer mentioned something about funny clauses (refer to post#1357) in the SPA and loan document, may I know if such thing did appear?

Maybe u can bring the 85% LO to show to developer that you have no money to pay for the 5%. I remember my SA told me that this can be a prove we not able to get 90% loan hence they shud refund. Please confirm with SA and let us know here....

investgal.. i think you worry too much.
If your first loan approve.. sure second one approve.
Just a matter of technicality.
Put yourself working in the bank.. when you get the form.. you sure ask why this customer again?
The agent explain.. then you just sign approved.
The bank want your business

No worries. Be happy  icon_rolleyes.gif  icon_rolleyes.gif    icon_rolleyes.gif

Yup, no need to worry so much. Try to call and chase, everyday if you can. I've also signed up for HLB loan.
