At that price, should we be considering Hyve which is much cheaper? Though not fully furnished but come with air con, kitchen cabinet with hood and hob. Further furnish a 450sf will not be too much. I am considering Hyve but open to other cheaper options.

Unit sold at 164k just now. Much higher than last month reserve price. And also higher than 2 months ago reserve price. (Scroll above)
