EMKAY Properties is launching Domain 5 on this Saturday 3rd March 2012 at NeoCyber Cyberjaya Sale Office.

For 420 sq ft apartment (studio, fully furnished into 2 room with bed, aircond, water heater, kitchen cabinet and warddrobe)..

To get discount on buyer get buyer purchase, please quote my name (Andrew Seah 012:3080618 ) to the sales agent Mr. Kenny 012 266 4319.
The discount is RM 1,000. I will split with you half half, so you will get RM500 once all transaction is done.

The showroom unit is available now at sale office.

wonder if there's gonna be a oversupply in Cyberjaya in the near future? So many launches..not sure if there's real demand there or not...

Rm230k for 420sf, is rm550psf. Its too expensive. and the colorful painting design of this building is bad taste. Doubt the price can appreciate any further upon completion. Dont think its worth for investment.

Hi, how about The Arc @ Cyberjaya? is considering this project at Cberjaya, RM 380 psqft- fully furnished, DIBS, 5% discount and next to OSK Pangea... any comment on this project?

Dengkil?another 100 years maybe. U think how great puchong is?I would say seri kembangan, Kajang and bangi are better than dengkil.
