EMKAY Properties is launching Domain 5 on this Saturday 3rd March 2012 at NeoCyber Cyberjaya Sale Office.

For 420 sq ft apartment (studio, fully furnished into 2 room with bed, aircond, water heater, kitchen cabinet and warddrobe)..

To get discount on buyer get buyer purchase, please quote my name (Andrew Seah 012:3080618 ) to the sales agent Mr. Kenny 012 266 4319.
The discount is RM 1,000. I will split with you half half, so you will get RM500 once all transaction is done.

The showroom unit is available now at sale office.

maybe.. or maybe higher, currently 1room apartment or duplex studio is fetching 1.8K - 2.2K (depending on the furnishing) for fully furnished units in Domain 1.
