i downloaded the app.butwhn i move a video frm the bluetooth folder to a new folder,and whn i open the gallery samsung preinstalled wn,the video is missing and there is no new folder which i created in the app.

What type of videos/pictures are you trying to put into new folders.? If the videos comes under bluetooth then it will appear under bluetooth files name/header in your gallery. :-)

yes bro.i wanted to create new folders but i realized tht i cnt do tht in the gallery.so i downloaded quickpic.when i opened qp,i created a folder and then i moved the video from the bluetooth file to the new folder.then after tht whn i open gallery,the video from the bluetooth file is missing but the new folder i created is nt thr.

I don't really catch what you truly want but here goes.
- supposed you receive videos A via bluetooth.
- open your My Files app and you'll find videos A is inside bluetooth files.
- if you open Gallery, that videos A was name 'bluetooth' instead of videos A because it reside inside bluetooth files.
- if you want to create new folder just for videos A then you create at My Files.
- create new folder exp. Videos A in My Files then move videos A from bluetooth files into your new Videos A file.
- now if you open Gallery, you'll find your videos A is titled Videos A instead of bluetooth.

how many are excited about the official ICS for our Note? i've read about how ICS is not giving a good experience on Asus Transformer. wondering how is it with those on sgs2 in EU that's already getting ICS. hope its not a disappointment...
