that's good to hear the good battery life. Your experience, from 7.15am to 9pm, consider total usage time above 6hrs? in apple, we can see the usage time. Android the same?
Before i forget, can we lock a folder or individual apps? Is it free from market?
Actually, i am new to Android system. Been using apple since 3GS, 4. Thinking to try Note.

i think those who jump ship frm apple to android all cz of gnote.lol.(same like me.ip4 b4 note)
i wnted to take 4s.getting their shitty review,i didn even think twice of getting a note.and trust me,u cn never go wrong with tht choice.bt mind evbody,i didn jump ship, just took a break nia.hehehe.bt note will always be my fav.serious.perfect phone with nice screen, smoothness, camera, music quality.all.la.tongue.gif

Been on ICS Midnote for two days, generally performance seems to be okay.
Some minor issues:
1. Viber installs but not able to update contacts
2. XDA app hangs when click on any link, and force close

Anyone else have similar problems, and any solutions?

rebooto, 2.5 days is very good leh ! I just like whatsapp a lot and fb&twitter(occasionally). finish charge at 6am, wifi till now, only 10% left ! I think i need to stop some apps or what is it ? I dont know peeps, how else do you guys save battery ? it says my display takes up 70% of the battery !

yep i was surprise myself...maybe sometimes its due to isp line condition also...if the line just from 3.5g-3g-2g occasionally then i think makan a bit battery from there also...lucky my house and office all full bar de. oh yea, maybe my battery still new so can last that long gua....i put on auto brightness so i think its better there.

Shenay :- hmm that i really don't know...coz its like on and off 5 min here, 15 min there, then at home prolly 30min here and there...well i think should be close to 5-6hrs...i guess...erm duno there is an apps to calculate my gaming time or not....hehehe

you cnt compare a single core with a dual core ryte?:)but trust me i would choose gnote above anything currently.its the best.even if my batt left 10%,standby for 2 hrs is nt a problem.smile.gif so u do the math.its really a good phone.the ONLY drawback is tht you will nt be able to use other phones after getting used to its rich and clear 5.3 inch screen.:)the battery is 2500mah.

3.5" for iPhone is going to spoil my eyes.Nevertheless, they have their good point.

5.3" is the only reason I take Galaxy Note.Nuff said.

A lot of Iphone users converted to Note and they are very pleased with it...  I feel the below is the best review you can get on the Note, it described everything from the moment you are deciding to get the note or not :

Edit : video as posted by fallenangelz below.. thanks bro! how do we embed youtube video la wink.gif

Yes caller ID is working. Flashed with GAPPS that was released 4th March.

Had a problem with importing contacts via saved vcf file. Also problem syncing calendar. Ended up using KIES to sync with outlook to import contacts and calendar.

Dual core more speed but in this case, the bigger battery compensate the usage time. I remember saw some forum with 4000mah. Is it available original from samsung?

For me, battery life is important.. i don't want to get a phone and need to off all function to save battery. rclxm9.gif
How much is the best price now? rclxms.gif Thank you
