You can download 10KM radius from places you wanna go to your phone when you are in WIFI.
Offline browsing after that available.

Download local map by country still not avail from google....if this available...mati la all the paid maps provider..

Since I already paid RM30(voice) +RM68(3GB data).. Google maps good enough..
nowadays, you need more data than voice....

Hey guys,I got a question to ask.Note has 16 Gb memory storage right?Let's say I own a 4Gb external SD card.

How come it shows phone (2Gb) and external (11Gb)?Where did the external SD card 4Gb went?And both phone (2Gb) + External or Usb memory (11Gb) equals up to 13Gb only.Where did the rest 16Gb-13Gb = 3Gb went to?

Unmount the external SD card also show the same thing.Phone (2Gb) and external (11Gb).

My phone info:-

Baseband version: N7000DXKL2
Kernel & Build no: N7000DXLA1

My question is:

1. Which rooting procedure should i follow?
2. Do i need to downgrade / upgrade on baseband/kernel version first?

wow.. sound serious.  But i would suggest you to wait until official ICS update coz most probable it will solve your problem.  Mine also have minor lag in 2.3.6 but super smooth with custom ICS leaked ROM.

yes, me and my wife did use that app, seems safe.  But we dun have much money in internet-link account anyway.  Normally bank in the fund, transfer them to pay bills and credit card immediately, just left few hundreds or less for daily use.  Although Internet banking should be quite safe if you follow the strict discipline but no system is hack-proof, so i rather play safe. 

Been on ICS Midnote for two days, generally performance seems to be okay.
Some minor issues:
1. Viber installs but not able to update contacts
2. XDA app hangs when click on any link, and force close

Anyone else have similar problems, and any solutions?
