I bought many items at Builders Hardware on Oct-13. However later I discovered that I need to change 2 of the JS WC due to the position of the outlet is wider than initially planned. Went back to shop (Nov-13), the lady boss was very understanding and changed without much questions asked (of course the WC must be in good un-used condition).

Also their price quoted is very reasonable and cheaper than most places.

Not sure where to comment so just post it here. Initially was skeptical about the other posts but now I know.

Thanks We usually let our customers change as there is no point forcing customers to take what they cant use or dont like. However, if damage or in bad condition then we cant change as it will be unfair to the next customer who purchase the item.

Recently I renovated my home and one of the major task in renovating was to find the accessories that match the bathroom and its paint colour. Bathroom was painted in sky blue colour and so I was particular in getting either in blue or in metal colours like silver or white. Luckily I got trendy bath and shower accessories from Ontario. I bought my rain shower (12 inch Duvena), Duvena Hand Bidet & hansgrohe croma hand shower from Mandi BP. Its right before the Shell Station the slip road there. Small shop but good service. The sales guy Joseph was very nice and good in explaining what will suit me.
