I bought many items at Builders Hardware on Oct-13. However later I discovered that I need to change 2 of the JS WC due to the position of the outlet is wider than initially planned. Went back to shop (Nov-13), the lady boss was very understanding and changed without much questions asked (of course the WC must be in good un-used condition).

Also their price quoted is very reasonable and cheaper than most places.

Not sure where to comment so just post it here. Initially was skeptical about the other posts but now I know.
