Yaa im talking about the older version. any suggestion for me on what to get, myvi SE or SXI?

This is the facelifted model or the ori bro...?? If pre-facelifted, i guess the se is better looking, but if facelifted model, the SXI is better looking than the SE... My personal preferences that is Bro... Whats the price like..??

SE for sport look
SXI if u're going to change whole set bodykit to ur desired one~
Both engine are the same, as for the meter n so on(interior) just the colour and seats are either leather n non leather only..
both are the same in term of performance

I dont even know how to check whether it is facelifted or the original. thanks for your kind opinion. fyi, the price range is from 33k to 40k for my SE depends on the year n condition and SXI is slightly cheaper.

Bro, what im referring earlier is the Rear Lower Bar... Not the Rear ARB... If u fix Rear ARB, seriously, ur car's body roll will be reduced by around 50%... Seriously a must have mod to ur car... The front im refering earlier is the Front lower bar.. The Front 4point undercarriage bar... The OEM already have 23mm front ARB...

hi all, i had decided to buy used myvi weeks ago but not really expert about cars. can someone list the diffeences between myvi SE manual and myvi sxi? will buy the car tommorow if satisfied with it..

Hey Bro, If you're talking about the 2007 which I assume is the 1st Generation (The second generation is 2008), SE and SXi, Difference is 100% on the looks only. Like diff bumpers, leather seats, nicer interior and others. I don't think there's difference in the engine spec or others smile.gif

There's one type of armrest that suits the Alza, Previous Gen Myvi and also the New Gen Myvi. No screw needed. Around RM100 by a LYN forummer

If u're saying the PRE-facelift one~sry for that, I gt no idea for that..maybe ask some other myvi owner here? =)

but..if the facelift model, 1st thing u can look at the speedometer~the whole meter should be red colour.
next is the leather seat itself, the seat will have the word SE(red) sewed on it together with the shape of Myvi.
the floor mat would be the "maggi mee" type mat with SE(red) word on it as well and the colour of the mat is red and black.
the door panel's mat that are at the same level of the door handle(inside) would be black colour with small dots(red)
=)

Bro, go get the later model Bro.. Most probably less mechanicals to go wrong... the 07 is 5years already.. car, normally, after 5 years, the major mechanical parts to be replaced will starts to crop up..

2009 i assume is the 2nd Generation Myvi . If I were you, I think I'll go for the facelifted 2009 one. Looks nicer smile.gif Moreover, it's a newer car compared to the 2007. Btw are the price same or there's quite a big diff between the price gap of both cars?

and yea, you are alllowed to post Mudah.my links here. No worries smile.gif

If I'm not mistaken, that type of armrest nid to remove the casing start from under the handbrake that part till behind that 2 hole for cup/bottle only able to install the arm rest.
As u could see the armrest itself has the whole casing start from handbrake till end.

How about this type?
http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2100010/
This type is just insert it from top of handbrake, can take off anytime by just taking the whole armrest up and no nid to use any screw
as does it suitable for alza or not, im not sure ><
