• Added the ability to upload custom avatars.
• Added cloud storage support for a number of additional EA games, including Mass Effect 3.
• Added captcha verification for increased security.
• Improved relevancy of friend search results.
• Progress bar now displays when installing games.
• Streamlined Origin update and installation processes.
• Game Add-Ons (DLC) can now be purchased and installed directly through Origin.
• Updated the look and feel of the Origin client.
• Users can now invite multiple friends to play at once.
• Users can now hide games in their Game Library.

DA and ME getting extended with cloud storage. This is good indeed.

i'm not putting much hope on origin sg since b4 xmas and untill newyear they only giv around 40%, i rather get my games from amazon

only US origin got nice sales.
the best sales from origin singapore was that 40% off last year.

If you are looking for sales, better off going with Amazon or Gamersgate.

In its current state Origin is more of a client than a store. Still lots of things it will need to sort out just like how Steam first launched. Undeniably the advantage of Origin is in its vast library of games by EA.

Yes. Apparently EA will be moving to make future games Origins exclusive. A damn shame really.

i just hope for competitive reason they give real good discount on older and pre-order game for origin sg ..

Same thing like how Valve are doing theirs with Steamworks. They are merely protecting their own interest as a commercial business. If they are willing to make third-party titles to be available on Origin then I would say they taking a right step in this.

True.

Right now though, Origins has plenty of bad rep to clear and a whole load of work to catch up with Steam. Which shouldn't be the case in the first place, since they already had like years to study Valve's business model.

here the info that i found out why some old ea title did't get to activate on;

https://activate.ea.com/gameactivation.do
https://activate.ea.com/applyentitlement.do

You need a ea classic screenname for those title to activate on origin

here what you need to do

Go to Pogo.com and create a new account under the same email address as your origin account. After that you should see an EA Classic Screen Name persona in your persona list.

finally cloud storage for dragon age and mass effect series, shud have this feature earlier mang since the saved game from previous game will/can be imported into sequel. I lost my precious saved game from dao, me1 due to external HDD failure, no fun mang.
