anyone having problem with purchase? Its my first purchase and now cannot keep getting error ref[10049] when proceed with payment for bf4 bundle with premium help please?

err guys, is origin the only platform to buy PC dragon age inquisition? can somebody tell me if convert to RM whats the price?
