both title work for me mass effect & crysis & crysis warhead,activated my copy few days ago

not sure why did't work for you

or it could be that your mass effect & crysis ultimate edition key is not from 2009 batch

here all the title i try activating using this link https://activate.ea.com/gameactivation.do and all works

try this two links, if both did't work for you then you need to contact ea customer support via email and ask them to manually add those games to your origin account

still can't remove demo or beta from origin account..

try logout and log back in

here the info that i found out why some old ea title did't get to activate on;

You need a ea classic screenname for those title to activate on origin

here what you need to do

Go to Pogo.com and create a new account under the same email address as your origin account. After that you should see an EA Classic Screen Name persona in your persona list.
