Hi guys. Have anyone tried running 16 or even 32 GB ram on N53SN? I know 32GB is overkill (lol) but I did heard that some people got BSOD immediately after installing more than 8GB ram.
Thinking of upgrading to 16GB HyperX / Corsair Vengeance soon. soon.. when I get the moneyh... =p |

How can you do that in N53SN ? Thinking of upgrading to 16GB HyperX / Corsair Vengeance soon. soon.. when I get the moneyh... =p For 16GB of RAM, there is totally no problem for it For your last concern, it is not about the more than 8GB which makes the system BSOD, but it is the RAM itself. I mean i have heard that people reports that Some brand of RAM cant fit well with the default Elpida RAM in our N53SN. I personally now using Elpida + Hynix RAM to make it all together 8GB of RAM. So far so good, no problem at all |

I've seen a guy @notebook review forum did once before but it seems rather complicated. =p |
