Why are people are complaining about the DLC when they should be complaining about how EA is releasing the digital version of ME3 at the same time as the retail version?

It's a slap in the face to people who have pre-ordered the retail CE and SE.

but bro, physical copy > digital copy. at least for me.

i don't mind it at all. some people prefer things digitally, but call me old fashion i like to 'touch' my purchases lol.
*
i also perfer physical copy of the game instead of digital copy.

i think, EA should show some respect to the gamers who pre-ordered the retail version and release the digital version 3 to 6 months later.

many people in bioware forum are also not happy with this.

Erm... nope, we paid for the CE because we think the content offered in the package is worth the price, there are gamers who prefer physical copy of games over downloadable versions for a variety of reasons.

+1

Only CE gets the From Ashes DLC for free.

ThE-1cY, you complain so much about PS3 version, I wonder why you don't play PC version. rolleyes.gif

Popped my copy in, loaded up my ME2 character, and *POOF* I'm a level 28 engineer at the start of the game. XD

Loving it!
*
How you get to level 28? CE bonus?

for those who have started playing, is there a point to import the characters from mass effect 2 or start afresh?

what bonus will you get if you import?
*
The choices you made in ME2 will be brought foward to the story in ME3 and your character's level will also be imported like jhcj said.

As expected from bioware. only the kingdom of Amalur devs 38studios improved their retail version from the demo.

Hehe. But still, great game. Tho I not yet start...
*
it depends on the eye of the beholder.

screen tearing from the demo is gone but the frame rate is not consistent. for me, this is better then the demo.

btw, there's a 1.01 patch out already.

We are aware that some players are having issues importing the faces of characters from Mass Effect 1 or Mass Effect 2 into Mass Effect 3. The issue is likely in how faces were detected when imported from Mass Effect 1 into Mass Effect 2, and we’re working on the best way to correct it for affected players.

The illusive man kinda reminds me of the cigarette smoking man from x-files, because he's so mysterious & powerful at the same time.

my favourite weapon so far in the game is the particle rifle which reduces enemies to goo & it doesn't need any ammo!

i discovered a bug with the Tuchanka: Turian Platoon mission. when i fought my way to the end of the path, the turians & reapers didn't show up & i couldn't complete the mission.

i had to restart it again. this time the turians & reapers appeared as they were supposed to & i was able to complete the mission.

90% of those playing on PC play pirated version and definately got no right to complain. tongue.gif

Some people also complain about the frame rate but still buy ps3 version instead of pc version. rolleyes.gif
