yeah better than nothing do know that their Interest go up and down.. also depend on the loan officer.

banks love loan period of 5/6 years, they give the best IR. 7 yrs onwards go back up, 9 years max.

same loan, 5 yrs and 9 yrs repayment period, IR will be different even for the same person.

yes, the sweet spot for lowest interest is 5-7 years, 3 and 9 usually it goes up.

From experience it is better to look for our own loan? Do we usually get better rates? Planning for Honda and SA there say can kautim with 2.6+% but many here seem to be able to get 2.4+%

on april .. got 3.1% 9 years full loan for axia basic from maybank

me only one day.. morning sa submit.. noon maybank officer call me.. then..before 5pm.. maybank notify me via sms that my loan is approved

Better ask properly I received same sms notification but the next day the PBB officer told me it's subject to guarantor or extra income document.. So mad as it give a mislead info to the customer

noob question. will bank charge any handling fee from us when applying for hire purchase loan? because this one bank had asked me rm500+ as handling fee.
