If u're in Puchong, try Al Shafa at Tasik Prima commerial area. The tosei is crispy and garing and the coconut chutney (orange/redish one) is out of this world..the best I hv tried

if you're in puchong, go eat at 8road. very healthy as they serve top notch dishes there.

we all stay and work in puchong. its the only place worth living and eating in malaysia.

Never realized chapati is healthier than tosai ! Gonna give that a try the next time I visit Kayu.

both also got advantage. chapati no oil. tosai is some sourish expired toasted yoghurt thing which i dun like.

Don't think we can order any healtier foods in makan lo. If the meal is considered the most healhtiest in mamak, it should be half-boiled egg >.<

if wanna compare chapati with tosai...
i take chapati..
cause usage of oil is lesser or none in chapati...
but both is good...

one more..
tandoori chicken..
nyam2..
always went to ampang to have the tandoori chicken..
in puchong or nearby dont have nice tandoori chicken ka?

cutiepooh, sometimes no choice, just ended up having lunch/dinner at mamak. so got to order something lor, not healthy, but still the best of what you can get from there.


puchong20, yes yes, i like tandoori chicken too, although i think its not that healthy, but aiyah, once in a blue moon.

susu kambing, a bit difficult to drink ah. the taste is like .. yawn.gif strong
