mualaf always welcome in malaysia, and new muslim usually have strong will since they find Islam with their heart.

Oh this did happen. But the main medias did not report it for obvious reasons. The only news u hear is the Chinese want to build a Chinese mosque. Now doesn't that tell you something of what went on to cause such a thing? rolleyes.gif

Malaysia has citizens who are of Chinese ethnicity but practice Islam. Do they celebrate Chinese New Year? How do they feel about
reconciliing their Chinese cultural heritage with their religion?

Who is one of them? Or know your friends who are from this group? Need help on this topic..Thanks thanks.. =)  thumbup.gif

my friend's mom is a chinese muslim. she's been exiled by her family/relatives and now living with her husband in perak. she's quite a devoted muslim, so i don't think she celebrates cny anymore. some of her sister/brother have converted to islam too (exiled). my friend although mixed hangs out with the malays most of the time. can speak mandarin too.
