Ridhuan Tee Abdullah.
But seriously if you want to convert to Islam, better do at oversea.
Here in Malaysia, stupid katak Meleis eventhough Islam they still racist against mualaf.

Google for a case where a Chinese Muslim want to pay at the mosque but they were denied because they Chinese.
That's why mualaf always come back to their old religion.
Sad but true.

But this is only a small percentage case in Malaysia.
The best way in Malaysia for mualaf is go to JAKIM and get a guidance from them.
This is a good place to start also. smile.gif

I have a chinese muslim friend. His father is chinese but his mother is malay. He celebrates chinese new year and most of his friends and buddies are chinese. Back to then, he studied agama Islam but he fails almost every time. I guess he more comfortable with chinese culture than his religion.

Malaysia has citizens who are of Chinese ethnicity but practice Islam. Do they celebrate Chinese New Year? How do they feel about
reconciliing their Chinese cultural heritage with their religion?

Who is one of them? Or know your friends who are from this group? Need help on this topic..Thanks thanks.. =)  thumbup.gif

I am a Chinese Muslim, I do celebrate Chinese New Year as a culture. I know few Chinese Muslims also like that.

This guy. Horrible la. Have you seen those Forum Perdana Islam in TV1 before? U look at him and hear his words then u know why even Meleis hate him. His worse trait is cracking nonsense jokes and then expect the guest to LOL with him. Not only that, the way he talks and generally movement its like he almost 99% believe he was born meleis. I occasionally jump to this channel to see how he makes himself stupid when my other shows are in advertisment. doh.gif
