Ridhuan Tee Abdullah.
But seriously if you want to convert to Islam, better do at oversea. Here in Malaysia, stupid katak Meleis eventhough Islam they still racist against mualaf. Google for a case where a Chinese Muslim want to pay at the mosque but they were denied because they Chinese. That's why mualaf always come back to their old religion. Sad but true. But this is only a small percentage case in Malaysia. The best way in Malaysia for mualaf is go to JAKIM and get a guidance from them. Can convert masuk islam, but no need to change surname to abdullah. Just keep the existing name.

I have a chinese muslim friend. His father is chinese but his mother is malay. He celebrates chinese new year and most of his friends and buddies are chinese. Back to then, he studied agama Islam but he fails almost every time. I guess he more comfortable with chinese culture than his religion.
