I'm backing Bilbao to win the European League now. They seem determined to win it.

Yupe, seems like they are focusing the Europa Cup really hard. Despite Schalke's early domination, Bilbao made it count when they attack.

ALEX FERGUSON cranked up the title mind games last night by suggesting Patrick Vieira could face an FA charge. laugh.gif

QUOTE
The Old Trafford boss was reacting angrily to the Frenchman's allegations that Manchester United get favours from referees.

He pointed out that Vieira, as an employee of Manchester City, could potentially risk an FA rap for daring to question referees' professionalism.

Ferguson said: "He's more or less saying all the refs have been wrong this season and you're not supposed to discuss referees. He is a paid official isn't he?"

Vieira is employed as City's football development executive.

The latest squabble comes after Vieira sparked an angry response from Old Trafford earlier for claiming Paul Scholes' comeback from retirement was a sign of weakness.

Then on Wednesday, he stated: "When United play at home they get some advantage that other teams don't get.

"I think when you go to United, Madrid, Barcelona or Milan, when the referees referee these kind of games it's always difficult to go against these kind of teams. This is the way it is."

Vieira's comments came after Fulham were denied a last-gasp penalty at Old Trafford last Monday that could have cost United two points in their title battle with City.

Yet Ferguson claimed United get the rough end of lots of decisions and it is City who have been lucky.

He added: "Manchester City could have had a penalty given against them at Stoke, as everyone saw with Gareth Barry.

"Somebody said a few years ago that Manchester United always get penalty kicks at Old Trafford.

"But when you go through the statistics since I have been here, it only averages out at three a year.

"You cannot say that is a lot for an attacking team like ourselves."

Ferguson joked that if Vieira was missing being fully involved in title tussles with United, he could help out.

He quipped: "I can bring Keane back if he wants, make it interesting!"

The FA have deemed Vieira's comments not serious enough or specific in their nature for action to be taken on this occasion.

A very touching and epic documentary... smile.gif At least the pilot died a vindicated man. That burden is honestly too heavy for any man to carry to the grave.

p/s: you guys noticed an MAS plane at the end? tongue.gif

Some people said he's playing with the illness for quite some time. I think it's true, usually leukemia will develop several symptom before diagnosed. My friend still battling with leukemia for almost 2 years. It take lot of heart and spirit. Chemo can drain every single of your energy cause of side effects. Hopefully Stilian Petrov can beat that illness. He's suffered from acute symptom according to his club, i guess he won't play for long time. Better focus on his health.

QUOTE(Ash14 @ Mar 23 2012, 06:52 PM)
after patrick vieira comment that the decision to bring Paul Scholes out of retirement smacked of desperation, well SAF comment back:

"Desperation? On Wednesday they played a player who refused to go on the pitch and the manager had said would never play for them again. What is that?" lol

Ball looks like its curving, doesn't really look like a BLOCK BUSTER 200MPH CR7 kinda shot.
