Simple passes are often overlook, I'd say. Cleverly has been doing what Carrick has done all the years with just an another advancement. A mobile type of Carrick.

Despite of getting worried of Carrick, we should be worry of Anderson. I'm not trying to question his ability but his consistencies that gets me. He's at what age now? Yet, he just can't be consistent with his gameplay.

And I agree with Wan, our midfield isn't as poor as it rumored to be. Just because we don't have any BIG names, we are NOT poor.

Wow, surprised at some of the comments on Welbeck.

If Welbeck was shite, Hernandez should be more shite, no? Can't even finish easy chances. And Rooney lost a lot of the ball.

Criticisms are fine, but stupid ones are definitely stupid.

well yea, even for a strong team, losing once in awhile is very normal, you can call it an "accident", players do hav their off-form moment, but beaten convincingly by a team (which is 7th position in their league) TWICE in a row.....there's definitely something wrong there...

well, its history  biggrin.gif

mu got beaten by number 7th in PL as well .. TWICE! .. there's definitely something wrong there ...

wat wat wat crap ohhh!!
its true la.. we've been rubbish in europe this season
why do we have to compare ourself to CITY? we're suppose to set the standard!!!
from the CL to europa league.. the performance is just not good enough.
i dont know if its lack of desire or just rebuilding..
like for example the 1st game against atletico bilbao..
for the 3rd goal.. i could see rafael and anderson just casually walking towards the ball after de gea parried it..resulting in bilbao player sneaking in from behind n slamming in a goal sleep.gif
that was just terrible defending..
and even our champions league..couldnt get out of the group even.. embarrassing.
oh well..lets hope they regroup for another assault at CL next season..
im surprise we got this far in premier league without vidic tho..
*
why are still talking about that bilbao match?

for the 3rd goal, yes, rafael was at fault but that stupid ref gaveaway a ridiculous FK in the first place.

this wasn't the first time that United failed to qualify to knockout stages...unless u had just started to support United since the past few seasons?

why would you be surprised? the squad is in rebuilding phase. senior players are being phased out slowly and young lads are being enrolled carefully ..

for the love of god, can't you even notice the difference styles of plays we have this season compared to last one? more short passes and one-twos ..

last but not least ... you are contradicting yourself by comparing the squad with city or any other teams like Barca, Real and etc ...

in my concern...da silva brothers...seems did not improved >_<

You monitor their progress every season meh?

QUOTE(dlct87 @ Mar 19 2012, 11:58 PM)
that's because they didn't played much during this sesaon

but from what i noticed, Rafael is better at going forward, while Fabio is better at defending(he's good at intercepting the ball from opponent)
*
it is suppose to be the other way around. when those two were recruited into the academy, Fabio was touted to be the better overall player. seems that his injury plagued curse has given Rafael more opportunities to show his capabilities.

QUOTE(sickx @ Mar 20 2012, 12:02 AM)
to be fair, both were in and out of medical department.
*
an Arsenal fan knows a lot better about these players than a United fan does(above), is just LOL. tq for your comment, you are definitely right. both of them are injury plagued and IMO, defenders are not EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD in their 'tender' years, they'll need experience and opportunities to play even if they are super talented.

problem with fans these days that they cant even recognize how monstrous Messi, Ronaldo, Rooney, Fabregas and [insert-names] are.. these players are in their class of their own. that said, even these players were given a lot of game time. hence, they are supposed to be where they should be these days..

actually i'm more interested on fabio instead of rafael after i watch a youtube video of him playing for the reserve team, dribbling from defense to forward and scored a goal. would love to see him do it again in BPL but sadly he's always out. plus, Evra hardly get injured as well. his opportunity was really limited.
*
Yup, I'm anticipating great things from Fabio as well. He was the captain for Brazil U-17 if i'm not mistaken. He is touted as one of the best young attacking fullbacks.

I LOL-ed at KKK when he claimed all are scared of Suarez.

11 goals in total and 6 in the league. Even our Nani is performing better even though he is not at his best.

I'm backing Bilbao to win the European League now. They seem determined to win it.
