why the block A has been revised 10K from the original listings price?
By the way, it is not 500psf, after discount, it is about 590 psf.

They are not tipuing. Block A is still open for sales at original price (10K increased from original only, whereby grill and shoes cabinet are provided). So better act fast to grab one. But one thing, the SA always mentioned only LAST unit. so you have no choice to choose some units. My friend just signed SPA last month buying at original price at at premium of 10K extra. Because I have the original price list which I got it from agent 1 year ago since it was really soft launched. Hence, SA is never lie to you just they market in different way.

Block C and Block B have many units available. I guess 40%. Share with me after you make a decision. I am interested to know how you view at the project. haha.

Some says it is in the jungle. But jungle means peaceful, living in a jungle out of a city, sounds good deal.

the response of this condo seems not so aggressive while other condos are selling fast at Day 1 launching.
