I just went to showroom, Block A left a few units, B & C 70% sold ... i think there alot more cheaper development around there, maybe u can check it out others, if you have too many questions on this project. Anyway, my fren is an agent, he have Neo 2 (Damansara Perdana), very cheap, should be around less than 300k+, M-Suite (Jalan Ampang) around 700K+, BU house around 1 mil+. which 1 u want? all good project!Sound like giving discount also no one interested.
