To be honest, i am a outsource mortgage firm, Great Vision, my company direct deal the loan to these 5 banks HQ. (OCBC, maybank, maybank sme, AIA fix rate, MBSB)

Actually we tight up with the property firm dat selling this project, too bad panel bank didnt in our listing, so we refer to other bank (Alliance, UOB).

If you are interest in this project, u can come and meet the property agent, current promotion for this project is 1% downpayment, can refund within a week if u dun wan, give u 1 month time to apply loan, free legal and 9% diskaun.

But I heard the sales of this project is less than 50%, the developer keep delaying and somehow can refund within 1 week time?
Sound like giving discount also no one interested. wink.gif

I just went to showroom, Block A left a few units, B & C 70% sold ... i think there alot more cheaper development around there, maybe u can check it out others, if you have too many questions on this project. Anyway, my fren is an agent, he have Neo 2 (Damansara Perdana), very cheap, should be around less than 300k+, M-Suite (Jalan Ampang) around 700K+, BU house around 1 mil+. which 1 u want? all good project!

This developer is my fren, i'm not buy for anyone, but i'm just curious if you not interested, why still ask so much questions. Either she is competitor or just wanna give bad impression for ppl. So far i dont think so this project is bad, but just abit pricey, but then, after my fren explain to me, worth the money to buy.

Even big company like Mahsing and other, there are facing 1 problem, bank loan hard to get. Thats all.

Correct me if i'm wrong ... !!!

For a particular city, it is rare that LV will choose in any address that doesn't have a capital city name - Kuala Lumpur.

Meaning to say LV will continue to be close to city or at most situated at fringe area.
