the response of this condo seems not so aggressive while other condos are selling fast at Day 1 launching.

No one can predict whether Government will impose high electricity rates for commercial prop and also in future trend. Just my 2 cents. Grab Block A and you may have a chance to view KLCC from your balcony. haha |
