Always backup the backup from TB on your PC.
Or better buy the paid version of Tb and its media sync application. It will auto backup the stuff on dropbox etc places. So you never have to worry.

easy - just copy the whole folder titaniumbackup to pc. after you have reflash rom, just copy it back to internal sd of phone
use the same method to copy out any important stuffs in the internal sdcard and just copy back to phone

move the files to PC, then move it back to the phone

Some users can not see the files inside the folder. So just use Gnex toolkit and pull the files from the phone.
Also can create .zip to flash directly after custom rom.

I have planned to create systemapps.zip and userapps.zip. I m not sure can do, but it would be great as some users have advised not to restore system apps as it can mess up custom rom.

It only shows 'R' and when I manually select the mobile networks then I can see UMOBILE too. I have to manually change it to Umobile and then I can use data because I have not set data on roaming.

Now I m confused whether it is Umobile problem or some issue with handset.

but if you're running stock rom, you wouldn't need to reflash a stock rom in the first place

TB needs root. If non rooted best is use MyBackup Pro but than you need to restore apps one by one - and only apps apk backup not its data ; if rooted it is auto batch restore and apps data is similarly backup n restore

i am just pointing out a scenario that let say if he does intend to stay stock, TB cant help to restore the apps+data

Yes, there is a zip file to flash from the aokp site to fix it

Easier to spot using pixel test apps from market..
