true...already 4 months liao since i complained bout this to the nearest SC...then went to cheras SC to do the recall thg, asked bout it they say nid the brake supplier to come some more laugh.gif

nex week going back again, tho doubt they will ever solve it
*
I am giving them till next Wednesday 9-2-2012 to give me a reply and a confirmation to change the brakes instead of just rectifying nothing..... My next step will be to submit a complaint to http://www.nccc.org.my/v2/

I think you should too, since they successfully wasted so much of your time and money....

hi, i just went to COSE yesterday and complaint about the same thing. They changed both my rear wheel bearing and drum brakes to new sets. arrived at 8 am, finish at 4 pm yawn.gif , nearly die waiting. the service advisor told me, the vendor who actually did the replacement and test it. blink.gif

Oh, does it mean, I have to go down to COSE to make sure I get it changed instead of going to all those other SCs? I from Malacca have to waste 1 whole day to go there? But if they surely change, I don't mind......

Did you have to make an appointment and tell them your actual problem as well?

Yes, the vendor sapura are the ones who actually replace it. Which is why i am still waiting for the sc to arrange for them to come to the sc and do the replacement.

I used sachs super touring on my rear absorber for 2 months. Harder than OEM. But, I didnt like it. Car feels sooo bouncy after install. Like driving lorry kind of feeling. 1 person driving bouncy, fetch 4 people also bouncy. Not comfortable, and i don't find cornering stability much improvement. After 2 months usage, still bouncy. NOT RECOMMENDED by me.

An hour ago, I went to another mechanic to change to Kayaba Excel-G. Immediately so much difference. Ride feels comfortable. No bounce at all compared to Sachs. Good replacement for OEM.

If you want comfort, i recommend kayaba excel G.
