hi, i just went to COSE yesterday and complaint about the same thing. They changed both my rear wheel bearing and drum brakes to new sets. arrived at 8 am, finish at 4 pm I think you should too, since they successfully wasted so much of your time and money....
, nearly die waiting. the service advisor told me, the vendor who actually did the replacement and test it.
