it's school holidays now.

there will be a lot of tourits going to melaka. the roads will be clogged with many non_melaka plate cars and buses!

if you drive from melaka town heading north towards pantai klebang, almost all the lands that you see on the sea side are reclaimed lands. biggrin.gif

and those are leasehold lands.

I dropped by the sales office of Taman Paya Rumput Perdana Phase 1 & 2 last Friday.

Phase 1 was planned to complete with CF in March 2013. But visitors were not allowed to enter the area.

I visited the new office of GJH at Taman Paya Rumput Perdana the other day.

The 1st phase is delayed for 2 months, and the developer blamed the delay on TNB. CF planned in June 2013.
