Looking around for freehold landed house around Bukit Baru area. Went to see houses in Bukit Baru Murni area and prices of the house is nothing less than RM 1.13M.

Melaka house prices are getting absolutely ridiculous. In fact , the double storey semi d house in tmn indah (behind Manipal's boys hostel) is fetching around 600-700K. With a land area of about 3500 sq ft
