actually all my video looks good on my pc but on GN looks terrible on dark scene T_T

not sure actually. cant tell whether they change it or not. told them the problem was still there but they said cant do anything bout it. really stupid answer

what do they mean can't do anything about it? If they answer that to me, I will ask them since you said that, then I request for a 1 to 1 exchange since is still under warranty my unit...

They (sc) should not give you that answer in the first place, its a very very bad way for a sc

yeah. im pretty upset on that answer. tried to tell them regarding 1 on 1 thing but they said need to refer from where i bought the GN. i really not satisfied when heard that not all ppl in this forum got same issue. thats mean my GN still got chance to get the same

Then if that is the case, ask them to issue a letter to you saying they unable to fix ur note issue and agree for a 1 to 1 exchange...then bring it to where you bought the note and ask for the exchange

Hmm , why dont u bring another set which is perfect screen one , and bring ur set together , and show them on the spot what's the problem .
They should be will accept your 1 to 1 claim if u show them in this way . =)

This issue is most likely a common problem in Galaxy Note already...if you read back xda forum....there is guy from Europe sent to SC, still got the same problem & the other guys discovered all 9 notes having the same issue....Even China market/forum already knowing this issue.....get root to install voodoo screen tuning to solve this problem....or hopefully Samsung can solved this issue with next firmware/ICS?

contact can backup by save to simcard rite. other than that need to use bluetooth or transfer to pc first ^^

huhu already save to sim but sim can afford up to 250 contact only haih..need to manual larr

question is, how does one backup the contact to PC? Same goes to S Note.

So while you using PC open gmail , -> contact

You will see your contact all inside gmail .

Google provide a lot services like Google document / Google Task

you dont even need a pendrive while you just make your work save inside google document that's all .
you can view it everywhere as long u just log in your gmail .

Hey guys, just want to know opinions about this note. I own a samsung captivate for awhile and I loved it! Anyway this note kind of caught my attention and I just want to know whether it is good enough for me.

Well 2 or 3 questions here,

Is this note is good for video playback? I love movies and I do watch movies on my captivate from time to time but it is kind of small and like i said, note caught my attention. So basically I want to know, can this note plays mkv video format? I mean those 720p movies? Is it smooth?

Secondly in terms of browsing, I know the browsing is good on note based on the reviews on the internet, but I want to know how is the browsing experience when you have a lot of apps and data on your note? Based on my experience on my captivate, it is smooth at first but then it gets a little laggy after awhile, even with flash is on demand or off.

Im not so concern about the battery life as I can deal with it, anyway how about glass resistance? As far as I know, it is not gorilla glass as there is no official confirmation from samsung though few people claimed it to be. Anyway how is the overall smoothness of the phone after been using it for awhile? Would be nice if i get answers from users with many apps and thousands of messages on the note.

Runs smoothly on 720p with stock video player though u need diceplayer to run 1080p but i never tried 1080.
