For SOHO, the 2 rooms created by putting partition board. Standard SOHO should only have 1 room.

Single room or studio unit is still not so acceptable at the current time. At least 2 rooms can house a family with 1 or 2 children.

Update the progress. Now the maincon has moved up to 12th floor. The last update was 6thJan. It took 3 weeks to complete level 11

Expected to complete level 12 more than 2 weeks due to CNY holiday

Dear Electroboy,

The picture that u attached is the SOHO Building. The direction that we are seeing now is standing at the swimming pool and looking at the Type-S2 (731 sqft2).

So on you right side is actually Centrina. Hope that I have clear your mind

thanks for clarifying, yeah. that's what i thought too, but this morning i spend sometimes to make a comparison with the layout that they have on the brochure with the progress pic.. that side (facing pool) should have 13 units/floor according to floorplan but  i'm seeing lesser than that in the progress picture.. maybe i didn't count properly or i cant see everything from that pic.

Yes, should have 13 units.

You can see thru the picture that the right side of the construction is incomplete. The level is only up level 6 (Carpark). I think they have some issue with that area. They are now picking up to catch up with the progress as per others units.

They are now starting on level 13 this morning. The last update on level 12 is on 29 Jan 2013. Approx 2 weeks.

Seem no delay on CNY mood. manage to complete 1 floor in 2 weeks. thumbup.gif

Dear Electroboy,

As I told you earlier that you are spotted correctly the missing right side. If you passby the site and look that the carpark and shoplot area (level Basement to level 6). You notice that this missing 'right side' is not constructed the same way. Maybe that area is a lift lobby area which need high level of lobby area. So, the contractor can't cast it at 1 go. That could be the reason. As for progress now, they are picking up and constructing level 6 and I am sure they will meet a certain level.

Yours is SOHO.

Ms Annie is The Courts. The Courts finished piling and on foundation progress. They shall bill you soon when the foundation is finish.

Then your progressive payment should be for the foundation of The Courts. Bcoz up to date no level has been constructed as for now.

Central Residence is along jalan sungai besi. Not jalan cheras. How you compare? Quite a distance between them. The nearest you can compare is development near kuchai lama.

Ladies & Gentlemen,

Now thet are starting on level 14. Last update was 13 Feb 2014. Their progress are on track and able to finished 1 floor within 2 weeks. So far so good.

I doubt the SOHO can VP by end of this year. Still about 10 level to go and each level take 2 weeks to complete which come out to be 20 weeks or 5 months. Meaning that by August the structure will be completed. Not to forget there are M&E services, surrounding infrastructure and road access for bomba in order to get CF/CCC.

I guess the developer masterplan is to get VP by end of the year. Maybe, the maincon schedule got problem and unexpected delay. Don't know whether the maincon have any recovery plan to catch up or else the maincon will kena LAD if their contract is complete by end of the year. Only the maincon and developer will know.

you still need to see your S&P stamping date. According to the agreement is 3 years from your S&P stamping date. For those who sign the S&P early, they can ask for LAD claim.
